Job Summary:
This position would be responsible to provide administrative support to the Medical department in managing general office responsibilities and  administrative tasks.Major Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Medical department and maintain and update products, scientific material and departmental files.
- Point of contact to handle medical queries from internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with respective medical managers to formulate a response to medical query.
- Provide support for managing clinical budgets for ongoing clinical trials. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure provisioning of appropriate budgets for medical activities
- Collaborate with Medical Managers to manage and execute medical events
- Provide medical support to commercial team on Market Research Programs and Support Medical department in execution of Patient Support Program
- To support internal and external stakeholders in providing medical information related to Abbott's therapeutic areas and on Abbott portfolio.
- Support Medical department in digital initiatives and administrative support for digital platforms
- To support Medical department and liaise with Clinical Research organizations (CROs) and vendors for tracking clinical studiesâ milestones and budgets
Education/Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelors
- 2 - 3 years of experience in similar capacity/ office administration & documentation
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
