About the Role:

As CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of a group of companies operating across multiple industries. You will lead the development and execution of financial strategies, manage multi-company financial reporting, and ensure the fiscal integrity and profitability of each entity. You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO and executive team to provide insight and direction that drives overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the growth and profitability goals of the group.
Consolidated Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports across all companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process across the group, providing financial forecasts and strategic analysis for each business unit.
Cost Control & Profitability: Analyze financial performance to identify areas for cost control, improve profitability, and optimize resource allocation.
Risk Management: Develop and maintain risk management processes to safeguard financial stability across the group.
Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead financial analysis for potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures within the group.
Capital Management: Oversee capital structuring, fundraising efforts, and investor relations for the group of companies.
Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the finance teams across all entities, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
10+ years of senior financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years overseeing multi-company or group financial operations.
Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred).
Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management for multi-entity structures.
Proven ability to manage complex financial operations across diverse industries.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with ERP systems, financial software, and data analytics.
