Position Title: Medical Officer (Family Medicine)Responsibilities:1. Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to patients of all ages, with a focus on preventive care, diagnosis, and management of common medical conditions.2. Conduct routine check-ups, screenings, and immunizations for individuals and families.3. Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries, as well as chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma.4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and allied health staff, to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of treatment.5. Educate patients and their families about disease prevention, healthy lifestyle choices, and self-management strategies for chronic conditions.6. Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient encounters, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment plans, and follow-up care.7. Stay updated on current medical research, guidelines, and best practices in family medicine through continuous education and professional development activities.8. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and peer review activities to enhance the delivery of healthcare services and patient outcomes.9. Adhere to ethical and professional standards, including patient confidentiality, informed consent, and respect for diversity and cultural sensitivity.10.
