Role Description:

We are looking for a Solana Developer to join our team. This role involves working on high-performance blockchain applications, smart contract development, and decentralized solutions within the Solana ecosystem. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building scalable blockchain infrastructure, optimizing transaction efficiency, and ensuring security in smart contract implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Solana programs (smart contracts) using Rust, specifically for DeFi trading platforms.
  • Implement secure and gas-efficient on-chain logic for AMMs, order books, and liquidity pools (LPs).
  • Work with the Anchor framework to streamline Solana program development.
  • Develop trading protocols, market-making strategies, and order execution mechanisms on Solana.
  • Implement on-chain liquidity pools (LPs), staking contracts, and automated market makers (AMMs).
  • Work with Solana-based DEXs (Serum, Raydium, Orca, etc.) to integrate trading features.
  • Implement cross-chain bridging solutions for token swaps and multi-chain liquidity aggregation.
  • Optimize trade execution speed, slippage control, and gas fee efficiency.
  • Build backend services that interact with Solana RPC nodes, Web3 libraries, and trading APIs.
  • Develop indexing services to track real-time on-chain market data, token price feeds, and order book movements.
  • Integrate on-chain price oracles (Pyth, Chainlink, Switchboard) for real-time asset pricing.
  • Handle DEX aggregators and token swaps using Solana's smart contract ecosystem.
  • Develop portfolio management tools for tracking holdings, profits/losses, and historical transactions.
  • Implement risk analysis features, such as liquidation tracking, volatility monitoring, and impermanent loss calculations.
  • Create trading bots and automation strategies for yield farming, arbitrage, and lending protocols.

Security & Performance Optimization

  • Conduct smart contract security audits to prevent vulnerabilities in trading and DeFi transactions.
  • Optimize Solana program execution time to improve performance in high-frequency trading environments.
  • Ensure robust error handling and fail-safe mechanisms for order execution and liquidity pools.
  • Work closely with front-end developers, UI/UX teams, and product managers to create a seamless trading and DeFi experience.
  • Maintain clear technical documentation for blockchain APIs, smart contracts, and system architecture.
  • Provide guidance on Solana ecosystem best practices to the development team.
