Job Summary

We're hiring a Senior Full Stack Laravel / Vue.js Developer with 5+ years of experience for our Faisalabad team. As a solo project expert, you'll own end-to-end development—from scratch to deployment—handling heavy-level projects independently using Laravel (backend) and Vue.js (frontend). Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update web applications and websites using Laravel (backend) and Vue.js (frontend), handling projects independently from initial concept to full deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and other developers, to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components, while owning the entire project lifecycle solo.
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code for both frontend and backend development, ensuring high-quality deliverables without reliance on external support.
• Implement responsive web designs to ensure optimal user experience across various devices and screen sizes.
• Customize and extend existing themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance website functionality.
• Optimize website performance and conduct regular testing to identify and fix bugs and issues.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and best practices adherence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Laravel and Vue.js applications.
• Collaborate with the project management team to plan and execute web development projects within set timelines and budgets.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and server configurations.
• Ensure website security and implement necessary measures to safeguard against potential threats.
• Assist in website deployment and manage version control systems for codebase management, taking full responsibility for solo deployments.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and end-users when required.
• Document code, processes, and project-related information for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions, managing all aspects from scratch to end independently.
• Proactively suggest improvements and innovative solutions to enhance overall development efficiency and user experience.
• Train interns for web development as an additional responsibility, focusing on nurturing and supporting the growth of junior developers within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of proven full-stack development experience, with a strong portfolio of heavy-level projects handled independently using Laravel (backend) and Vue.js (frontend).
• Expertise in managing entire projects solo—from initial planning and coding to testing, deployment, and maintenance—without external assistance, similar to our end-to-end work on projects like PlantX.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in optimizing performance, ensuring security, and integrating third-party services in complex applications.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor juniors and provide client support.
• Must be based in Faisalabad, Pakistan.
