Position Summary

Engro Enfrashare is seeking an experienced Expert Site Lease Management professional to support its telecom infrastructure deployment and expansion activities. This role is critical in managing site leasing operations, stakeholder engagements, regulatory coordination, and property documentation to ensure seamless deployment and operation of telecommunications sites.

Detailed Job Description

As an Expert Site Lease Management professional, you will play a key role in acquiring, managing, and renewing telecom site leases across the assigned region. The position requires close collaboration with property owners, regulatory authorities, contractors, and internal deployment teams to facilitate site access, legal compliance, and infrastructure rollout activities. You will be responsible for resolving ownership disputes, managing lease agreements, supporting site energization efforts, and ensuring accurate project documentation. The ideal candidate combines strong negotiation skills with a solid understanding of telecom operations, site acquisition processes, and stakeholder management. Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and manage site lease agreements, renewals, and amendments with property owners.
  • Verify land ownership records, property documentation, and legal site records.
  • Coordinate with TMA, Cantonment Boards, Environmental Protection Agencies (EPA), and other regulatory bodies.
  • Resolve site access challenges, legal disputes, ownership issues, and work-stop notices.
  • Manage rental payment coordination and lease administration activities with site owners.
  • Support site energization, deployment, and infrastructure rollout initiatives.
  • Conduct site visits, field verifications, and supplier performance monitoring.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and telecom infrastructure standards.
  • Maintain accurate lease records, contractual documents, and operational databases.
  • Prepare reports, project updates, and management presentations.
  • Collaborate with deployment, operations, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support regional network expansion, relocation, and optimization activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in site lease management, telecom operations, site acquisition, logistics, or infrastructure deployment.
  • Proven experience negotiating and managing lease agreements and contract renewals.
  • Strong understanding of property documentation, land ownership verification, and legal compliance processes.
  • Experience coordinating with government agencies, municipal authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Knowledge of telecom site deployment and infrastructure rollout processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong reporting, documentation, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Lease Management, Project Management, Contract Management, or Property Administration.
  • Experience working with telecom tower companies or telecommunications operators.
  • Understanding of Right-of-Way (RoW) regulations and permitting processes.
  • Knowledge of telecom site power and energization requirements.
