About The Role:
- Day-to-day support to SAP B1 users.
- Coordinate with SAP B1 consultant/partners.
- SAP B1 user creation, license management/deployment.
- Add-on installation on server and users.
- Add-on testing of SAP B1 configuration/changes.
- Daily online backup, data backup, veem backup.
- SQL Server backup/restore.
- Hardware, Network, Servers (Tower).
- Firewall (Sophos), security, UPS, CCTV management.
- Multiple offices/branches/port handling with IT infrastructure.
- Internet lease line, P2P, modem configuration, Wi-Fi knowledge.
- Video Conferencing, hardware & network procurement, configuration, installation, and maintenance.
- Identifying vulnerabilities, the need for upgrades, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensuring reported issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
