As an Assistant Manager - Corporate Affairs, you will be a trusted partner to our senior leadership – dependable and resourceful in anticipating needs and supporting operations. You will be instrumental in managing executive communication and driving stakeholder engagement.
Things you will be doing as an Assistant Manager - Corporate Affairs
- Implement effective document management & control procedures to ensure data security and accessibility, including filing
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information
- Coordinate and manage the schedule, including meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Take accurate minutes of the meetings and follow up on action items to facilitate effective communication
- Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails and correspondence to ensure efficient time management
- Act as a liaison between internal/external stakeholders and board members by building positive relationships
- Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations and itineraries
- Assist in various special projects, research and presentations as needed
- Manage petty cash inflows/outflows ensuring accurate record maintenance
- Coordinate with the Administration team for floor management
What we are looking for in you?
- Bachelor's degree from any accredited institute
- 0-3 years of experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with tasks associated with corporate affairs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
