We are seeking a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for visual storytelling. This role will involve recording and editing videos, including short-form content for various platforms. The successful candidate will possess expertise in video editing software, content animation, and graphic design, and will contribute innovative content ideas.

Our team of skilled professionals specializes in data storage and security solutions, including network-attached storage (NAS), SAN, and DAS, as well as document and book scanning solutions, managed IT services, and cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

  • Record and edit high-quality video content, including short-form videos for social media and other platforms.
  • Utilize video editing software to assemble raw footage and add effects, transitions, and sound to create compelling videos.
  • Create engaging content animation to enhance video projects.
  • Develop graphic design elements for videos, including titles, lower thirds, and other visual assets.
  • Contribute creative and innovative content ideas to support marketing and communication goals.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure videos align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
  • Manage and organize video files and assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, software, and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in video recording and editing.
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong skills in content animation.
  • Graphic design expertise, including knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other design tools.
  • Excellent creative and visual storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • A portfolio showcasing video editing, animation, and graphic design work.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with motion graphics.
  • Knowledge of design psychology.
  • Experience with social media video trends.
