Job Title: Finance Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Finance Executive with exceptional interpersonal skills. In this role, you will focus on maintaining accurate financial records through meticulous transaction recording, account reconciliation, and discrepancy identification. Your efforts will be essential in upholding financial accuracy and supporting overall fiscal integrity.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Enter daily transactions into our ERP system.
  • Process sales and import-related transactions accurately.
  • Maintain and track goods receipts, schedules, and cost sheets.
  • Manage accounts payables and receivables, and update as well as reconcile bank accounts.
  • Conduct regular compliance checks and lead internal audits to ensure adherence to financial policies and regulatory standards.
  • Investigate discrepancies, identify errors, and implement corrective measures.
  • Provide weekly feedback on operational performance and facilitate any additional related tasks as needed.

  • A dedicated accountant who thrives on precision and accuracy.
  • Strong computer literacy is essential, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
