WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

1. Procurement operations for Skin Care raw & packaging material operations
2. Supplier Sourcing and Evaluation:
3. Identify and assess potential material suppliers and third-party manufacturing partners based on safety, quality, capacity, capability, and cost-effectiveness.
4. Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure suppliers meet quality and regulatory standards.
5. Govern the compliance and regularly evaluate the supplier performance.
6. Negotiation and Contracting:
7. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and agreements with suppliers and third-party manufacturers to secure the best possible terms.
8. Draft and manage contracts, ensuring all legal and regulatory requirements are met.
9. Supplier Relationship Management:
10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external manufacturing partners, fostering open communication and collaboration.
11. Regularly assess supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
12. Supply Chain Coordination:
13. Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, quality assurance, planning and regulatory affairs, to ensure smooth production and delivery processes.
14. Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.
15. Risk Management:
16. Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
17. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics that could impact the supply chain.
18. Data Analysis and Reporting:
19. Collect and analyse data related to supplier performance, costs, and other relevant metrics.
20. Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
21. Continuous Improvement:
22. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs within the third-party manufacturing supply chain.
23. Partnering Local Pakistan B&W Business team:
24. Explaining material forecasts and cost movements
25. Generating Business as Usual and Lighthouse Savings for the Business
26. Looking at VCI Value Chain Intervention Opportunities
27. Driving Competitive Buying, generating and expanding benefits vs market
28. Enabling Service Level Improvements in a volatile environment
29. Driving Localisation of Materials

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in any of the following areas desired: Engineering, Business, Economics, Supply Chain

1. Ability to negotiate complex contracts and innovations
2. Ability to present and explain complex ideas to a senior audience
3. Possesses and exercises a strong understanding of the financial aspects related to procurement activities (spend, payment term impacts, savings and cost avoidance, P&L, etc.)
