Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Knowledge Base Article Writer to create comprehensive, user-friendly documentation for our platform. The ideal candidate will transform complex technical information into clear, accessible content that helps users maximize their experience with our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create well-structured, easy-to-follow knowledge base articles that address common user questions and scenarios
  • Transform technical specifications and feature documentation into user-friendly guides
  • Develop step-by-step tutorials with clear instructions and visual aids when appropriate
  • Maintain consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting across all documentation
  • Collaborate with product teams to stay informed about new features and updates
  • Review and update existing content to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Incorporate user feedback to improve documentation quality and usefulness

Required Qualifications

  • Organized and detailed, able to maintain and routinely update multiple knowledge bases that consist of feature guides, how-to articles, FAQs, video libraries, and images
  • Experience creating technical documentation, help articles, or user guides
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, accessible language
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
  • Proficiency with knowledge base software and content management systems
  • Basic understanding of HTML formatting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Helpjuice or similar knowledge base platforms
  • Background in technical writing, UX writing, or content development
  • Familiarity with information architecture principles
  • Experience with SEO best practices for help documentation
  • Understanding of user experience design concepts
