We're Hiring: Art Director.

We're looking for a visionary Art Director to lead creative projects from concept to execution across digital, print, and brand platforms. This role requires a versatile designer and strategic thinker who can bring bold ideas to life while ensuring every visual element aligns with the brand's voice and purpose. A strong understanding of brand identity, logo design, ad creative systems, and expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, etc.) are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee the visual direction of campaigns, marketing assets, and brand initiatives.
  2. Develop and maintain compelling brand identity systems that reflect a company's values and objectives.
  3. Create high-quality designs for digital and print platforms, including presentations, brochures, social media assets, packaging, and more.
  4. Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary creative team to ensure consistent and effective visual communication.
  5. Work closely with strategy, marketing, and production teams to translate briefs into standout creative solutions.
Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, or a related creative role.
  2. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of work, especially in branding and layout design.
  3. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and InDesign.
  4. Exceptional understanding of visual design, typography, composition, and color theory.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders with clarity and creativity.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to pitch ideas confidently.

Location: Karachi

Salary: 100,000 – 120,000 PKR
