We're Hiring: Business Development Officer (Lahore – Remote Work)

Location: Based in Lahore (Remote role with in-person visits within Lahore)

Salary: Basic (PKR 40,000 – 60,000) + Sales Commission

About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for closing B2B deals and driving sales in Lahore (through physical visits) and across Pakistan (remotely).

You'll be working closely with clients such as apartment developers, cafés, gyms, salons, offices, and co-working spaces, helping them enhance their spaces with our premium interior and décor solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pitch, and close deals with potential B2B clients across various industries.
  • Actively reach out to new clients via LinkedIn, email, calls, and in-person visits.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build qualified lead lists.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and explore repeat or referral opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the retail or décor/interiors industry.
  • Proven track record in generating and closing sales with businesses.
  • Proficient in using LinkedIn for lead generation, especially LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working remotely with occasional client meetings in Lahore.
