Position Purpose:

We are looking for a Frontend Developer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery, with expertise in modern UI frameworks and accessibility standards. You should have a strong ability to transform Figma, PSD, and Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, functional web pages while ensuring optimal performance and usability.

Education & Professional Qualification:
  • Degree(s)/Major(s): Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field from a reputed local/foreign University.
  • Certification(s): Not mandatory, but certification in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience:
  • 2+ years of relevant experience as a Front-end Developer
  • Hands-on experience with markup languages like HTML
  • Experience with the JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS
Responsibilities:
  • Develop responsive, high-quality, and accessible web pages
  • Work with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS to create modern, mobile-friendly designs
  • Convert Figma, PSD, and Adobe XD designs into pixel-perfect, functional web pages
  • Optimize web pages for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Ensure web accessibility compliance following WCAG guidelines and implement ARIA roles
  • Work with Vue.js or React.js for interactive UI components (Bonus)
  • Implement and maintain WordPress ACF (Advanced Custom Fields) (Bonus)
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance
  • Collaborate with backend developers, designers, and stakeholders to improve usability
  • Gather user feedback to build better solutions
  • Create quality mockups and prototypes

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in frontend development
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Experience with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS
  • Ability to create pixel-perfect UI from Figma, PSD, and Adobe XD
  • Understanding of web accessibility (WCAG, ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, color contrast)
  • Familiarity with WordPress ACF (Bonus)
  • Experience with Vue.js or React.js (Bonus)
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
