Warehouse & Transportation Incharge

In alignment with Country supply chain Strategy to manage warehousing and logistics operations in smoother and efficient manner to fulfill business objectives.

Manage Warehouse and logistics considering Bayer quality and safety standard in operations to support local commercial organization.

Supervise all logistics processes pertaining to the warehouse, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations governing warehouse operations and dispatches.

YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Inventory Management:

1. Product Segregation.
2. Sale Return stock Verification and obtain Approval.
3. Approve of delivery Note after Verification of Price, batch and expiry.
4. Weekly Reconciliation of system stock report with physical inventory.
5. Maintain Sample Issuance Record.
6. Leak Loss & Damage stock handling.
7. Maintenance of HSE Equipment's.
8. 100% implementation of Emergency Response plan.
9. Transporter Vehicle Record.
10. Keep Monitoring Warehouse Temperature.

2. Order Fulfillment:

1. Route Planning - Keep in view Cost Prospective.
2. Monitor/Prepare dispatch Register.
3. Meet KPI 90% Supplies same/next day.
4. Monitor FIFO/FEFO.
5. Logistic Arrangement.
6. Ensure 100% acknowledgement.
7. Gate pass Approval.
8. Arrangement of stock to fulfill pending orders.
9. Monthly un-Acknowledged Invoice report.

3. Warehouse Administration:

1. Coordination with Govt Officials (Agri, Labor, Social Security departments).
2. Better audit report with no major audit objection.
3. Claim-WH Expenses through Concur like utilities bills, labor charges, routine expenses.
4. Responsible for Site Security.
5. Keep maintenance of fixed assets.
6. Raise demand of grocery, stationary as per WH need.
7. Follow up for timely payment of Janitorial/rent payments, freight expenses etc.

WHO YOU ARE:

Education: Graduate (BA, BCOM, BSC … )

Experience: At least 5 years' experience in Warehousing and Inventory Management.

Technical Skills: MSOffice Skills, SAP, SD Modules, Emails and Record Keeping.
