Job Summary:

An Assistant Manager Finance at Creative Chaos is responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, ensuring its viability. Key functions include monitoring cash flow, profitability, managing expenses, and producing accurate financial reports.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic and long-term financial plans supporting management.
  • Prepare internal financial statements periodically and for meetings.
  • Review and analyze financial statements and metrics.
  • Assist in preparing consolidated financial reports and journal entries quarterly and annually.
  • Participate in discussions on consolidation and reporting.
  • Identify process improvements and lead efficiency projects.
  • Support decision-making with financial analysis.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and reports.
  • Assist with cash flow forecasting and monitoring.
  • Support month-end closing processes.
  • Create revenue recognition rules per ASC 606.
  • Help design a functional chart of accounts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Preferably ACCA or related certifications; additional certifications like CPA, CFA, CMA are a plus.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a technology firm.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, and other ERPs preferred.
  • Experience with taxation, including corporate, withholding, sales, and income tax.
  • Experience handling petty cash.
  • Exceptional team management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance (SECP, SRB, FBR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage accounts receivable and payable.
  • Knowledge of US taxes and accounting; experience with US firms or technology companies preferred.
