Job DescriptionKey Technological Skills

Proficiency in Java and related frameworks, experience with Spring Boot, containerization with Docker, and familiarity with databases like PostgreSQL and NoSQL. Strong problem-solving and team support skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop software solutions based on business needs, studying system flows, data usage, and processes.
  • Evaluate operational feasibility through analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Create documentation, flowcharts, and layouts to demonstrate solutions.
  • Design system specifications, standards, and programming for solution deployment.
  • Stay updated with the latest development tools and techniques.
  • Gather and analyze development and service issues to inform improvements.
  • Contribute to organizational goals by completing related tasks.
  • Mentor and support team members' development.
Technical Experience
  • 8-10 years of experience in developing large-scale enterprise applications with Core Java and frameworks.
  • Experience in system architecture and design.
  • Proficiency with Spring Boot, Docker, Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD practices.
  • Knowledge of multi-threading, distributed caches, and data grids.
Qualifications

BTech, MTech, or PhD in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
