The Position

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to craft user-centric experiences across our digital products. You will work at the intersection of graphic design, UI/UX design, and brand storytelling to shape visual identity and user flow.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Design user-centered UI for web and mobile applications, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups.
  2. Translate product ideas, business goals, and user needs into intuitive interfaces.
  3. Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and reusable components in tools like Figma.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
  5. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies.
  6. Collaborate with Lead Designer and mentor junior designers.
  7. Participate in agile planning and stand-up meetings.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.

The role is based in Lahore, working out of the Contour Software Lahore resource center.

Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience
  1. 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design, UX workflows, wireframes, and visuals.
  3. Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  4. Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive design.
  5. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and design-to-code translation.
  6. Strong collaboration and communication skills.

  • Experience with SaaS or enterprise products.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
