Synergy Business Solutions (SBS) is a leading provider of innovative business solutions in the training and service sector. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team and drive our sales initiatives in the training industry.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and at least 1 year of experience in the training industry or service sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving sales targets, developing lasting client relationships, and effectively conveying the value of our services. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify and target potential clients within the training or service sector to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with new and existing clients. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication, follow-ups, and meeting all service expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to ensure that SBS's offerings remain competitive and aligned with market demand.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations. Effectively communicate the benefits of SBS's services and solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track performance metrics, and report progress to senior management. Provide sales forecasts and recommend strategies to meet targets.
- Work closely with marketing, training, and product development teams to align sales strategies with SBS's service offerings. Share client feedback and insights to help shape product improvements.
- Lead negotiations with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. You can close sales deals and finalize contracts quickly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- At least 1 year of experience in the training industry or service sector, with a strong understanding of its market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A consultative approach to sales, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B sales within the training or service sector.
Familiarity with learning and development solutions or training products.
