Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Head of IT to lead our operations in a factory manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of IT infrastructure, systems, and digital security, ensuring efficient production support, and aligning IT strategies with the company's operational and business goals.

• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and security of IT infrastructure including hardware, software, and networks.
• Ensure seamless operation of ERP systems.
• Manage IT support for manufacturing equipment, and other industrial systems.
• Lead and mentor the IT team, providing technical guidance and career development (if required).
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and admin teams to optimize system performance and minimize downtime.
• Plan and implement IT policies, cybersecurity protocols, and data backup strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships and IT procurement.
• Monitor technology trends and recommend solutions for operational efficiency and cost savings.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 in a senior role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of networking, server management, and ERP systems.
• Familiarity with factory automation systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
