Business Solution Services
1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
2. Understand client needs, gather feedback through satisfaction surveys, and recommend improvements to enhance client experience.
3. Identify and engage key client stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and encourage contract renewals.
4. Resolve client complaints promptly and professionally to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Lead multifunctional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
6. Analyze business and project data to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.
7. Oversee team scheduling, onboarding, and training to ensure readiness and efficiency.
8. Set clear goals and expectations for team members, fostering a results-driven environment.
9. Provide mentorship, emotional support, and recognition to boost morale and engagement.
10. Maintain regular communication with the team to share updates, adjust priorities, and track progress.
11. Monitor individual and team performance metrics, offering feedback and support for skill development.
12. Promote a culture of innovation and creativity to maximize team potential and project success.
13. Manage employee timesheets and ensure accurate time tracking across all projects to support reporting, billing, and performance analysis.
14. Perform additional duties as assigned to support project and organizational goals.
Technical Background:
1. Over 5 years of proven experience in team leadership and people management, with a track record of driving high-performing teams.
2. Demonstrated experience managing projects for international clients, ensuring successful delivery across diverse cultures and time zones.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and confidently with team members, cross-functional departments, senior leadership, and clients.
4. Strong interpersonal capabilities, including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and building cohesive, motivated teams.
BBA / MBA or related experience.
