This is a fantastic opportunity to join leading software engineering company, Lecodeur having office in France and Pakistan, focusing on mobile and web development, delivering end-to-end enterprise and consumer solutions. We are looking to enhance our web and mobile product team with a well-rounded Senior Graphic Designer/Visual to be based at Rawalpindi office. Ideal candidates will ideally have a 2 to 5 years experience solid portfolio demonstrating a variety of graphics design projects, beautiful designs, from websites and all things interactive. The right candidate will bring an entrepreneurial spirit, a drive to do great things, dedication and integrity, and an ability to work well with the other departments of the company.

Job Specification

Main responsibilities: ·
Build new and maintain our existing mobile applications, web applications & product webpages.
· Actively investigate new tools & techniques to solve product design challenges.
· Collaborate with Product, Operations & Development to define clear requirements, deliverables, and milestones. Brainstorm broad concepts and ideas, both individually and with the team, into a consumable, tangible objective. · Design flows, experiences, and pixel-perfect mockups with product specs that can be prototyped and refined in partnership with the engineering team.
· Design a wide range of projects and campaigns (e.g. web, mobile) to create innovative design concepts that blow us away and get results.
· Make and present design recommendations to team mates, and help clients tell their story through design that captures eyes, minds, and hearts.
· Generating unique and imaginative designs and concepts.
· Use feedback constructively and stand up for quality and reasoning behind design decisions.
· See projects through completion from start to finish, on time

· SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC etc.
· Resource should have experience of brand profiling, wireframes and ability to take ideas and turn them into clear, informative visualizations.
· Strong online portfolio showing functional UI design.
· Significant work experience creating functional user interface designs.
· Strong artistic vision and ability to communicate it.
· Determination to do what's best for the user, product and brand even when it doesn't align with personal style or preference.
· Practical knowledge of User Experience/Interaction Design and prototyping.
· Willingness to accept constructive criticism and iterate on designs as part of a team.
· Ability to manage time and multiple deadlines effectively
· Basic animation and compositing experience ·
- Must have designed interfaces for IOS and Android

Software Skills: · Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop
· Theme development ·
Portfolio should include: · Detailed user interface design examples Working from a brief with a Creative Manager, generating ideas to present to the client. Assigning The candidate should not just be able to create visually impressive interface design but also give deep consideration to consistency in user journey and overall user experience.

Optional but huge plus skills: CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, HTML/XHTML, Advanced CSS,
, Css FrameWork bootstrap/gumby/foundation, Jquery(plus point), Responsive layout

Processes Table less Design, Cross-browser Compatibility, Slicing, W3C Validation
