We are looking for a highly experienced and versatile Senior Odoo Technical and Functional Consultant to join our forward-thinking team.

If you are an expert in both the technical and functional dimensions of Odoo, capable of leading full-cycle implementations, analyzing complex business processes, and driving continuous system improvements—this is your chance to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise solutions at CrecenTech.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and user training.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Odoo solutions across various modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).
• Customize and develop new Odoo modules using Python and XML, ensuring they align with client needs and business workflows.
• Provide expert-level technical and functional support, including troubleshooting, optimization, and process improvement recommendations.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and internal systems through REST APIs, XML-RPC, and custom connectors.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases for performance, data integrity, and scalability.
• Deliver comprehensive documentation for custom modules, system configurations, APIs, workflows, and business processes.
• Conduct functional and technical training sessions for internal teams and clients, ensuring knowledge transfer and system adoption.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Stay current with Odoo updates, new features, and industry best practices, and proactively incorporate innovations into client solutions.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers and consultants, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in Odoo as both a technical and functional consultant.
• Deep knowledge of Odoo framework, ORM, API architecture, and module customization.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, including schema design, optimization, and query tuning.
• Demonstrated experience integrating Odoo with external platforms and services.
• Proven ability to conduct detailed business analysis and deliver scalable, user-centric solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Experience leading project teams, managing timelines, and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• A proactive and adaptive mindset with a continuous drive for professional development.
