* Conceptualize and execute high-impact designs for digital platforms (web, social media, email campaigns, etc.) and print media (brochures, posters, packaging, etc.)

* Translate marketing and branding strategies into visually compelling designs

* Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects

* Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions

* Lead and mentor junior designers when needed

* Present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback efficiently

* Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field

* Minimum 4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house marketing team

* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, or similar tools

* Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work across different mediums

* Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory

* Familiarity with UI/UX best practices is a plus

* Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills

* Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate designs accordingly

* Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
