Responsibilities
  1. Conduct daily stock checks of products and report findings to Inventory Planner, Senior Security Specialist, and Retail Manager.
  2. Coordinate and follow-up with Retail Operations to resolve inventory issues that require physical checking of stocks.
  3. Assist the Inventory Planner in validating count results of cycle counts/stock takes (during and post).
  4. Maintain and update records used as references for checking and validation of items.
  5. Manage Master Data.
  6. Assist with checking of items or price tag issues and report promptly to the Merchandising Team.
  7. Liaise with Retail Operations in printing new price tags with correct prices.
Inventory Support
  1. Conduct daily stock checks and report findings.
  2. Coordinate with Retail Operations to resolve inventory issues.
  3. Validate count results of cycle counts/stock takes.
  4. Maintain and update records for validation.
  5. Manage Master Data.
  6. Assist with item and price tag checks and report to Merchandising.
  7. Liaise with Retail Operations for printing price tags.
E-Commerce Admin
  1. Process online orders, including printing packing lists, delivery orders, and receipts.
  2. Distribute orders to packers and assist with pick and pack when required.
  3. Coordinate between CAG and frontline staff regarding orders and deliveries.
  4. Track order fulfillment status.
  5. Handle administrative tasks such as filing E-commerce documents.
  6. Assist in E-commerce inventory management, including archiving out-of-stock merchandise.
  7. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure stock availability on the platform.
Customer Care
  1. Handle online customer inquiries, feedback, and reservations.
  2. Maintain strong partnerships with Changi Customer Centre & Fulfillment Centre.
  3. Maintain and update the E-commerce refund/exchange registry.
General
  1. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.
Requirements
  1. Diploma in Business Admin or Retail Management.
  2. At least 1 year of relevant admin experience in retail or travel retail environments.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with a mature disposition.
  4. Prior customer/client service experience is advantageous.
  5. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  6. Resourceful with a positive attitude, focused on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and Word.
  8. Fluent in English with good communication skills.
  9. Willing to work on weekends and shifts.
