Overview

We are seeking a Shampoo Production Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring equipment used in the production of shampoo, ensuring smooth production processes, and maintaining the highest standards of product quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Equipment: Run and monitor machinery used in shampoo production to ensure continuous and efficient operation.
  • Raw Material Handling: Measure, weigh, and mix raw ingredients following batch formulation sheets.
  • Production Monitoring: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production area to ensure a safe and sanitary working environment.
  • Quality Control: Accurately complete production logs, quality control reports, and shift handover documents.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Follow SOPs and GMPs: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety protocols, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) at all times.
  • Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues promptly to avoid production delays.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to ensure consistent product quality.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Prior experience in a cosmetics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG production environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with mixing, blending, and batch processing equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions and batch formulations.
  • Ability to work in shifts and overtime when required.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety protocols.
  • Physically capable of handling production-related tasks, including lifting materials and operating machinery.
Working Conditions
  • Shift work (morning, evening, and weekend shifts as required).
  • Occasional overtime to meet production demands.
  • A clean and well-maintained production environment with strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
