We are expanding our digital solutions offering — developing internal products and MVPs that support project controls, portfolio management, and capital delivery. These tools are being used by leading investment funds, giga projects, and construction firms. We're looking for a full stack developer who can help us take these products from concept to enterprise-grade deployment.

Role Description

This is a full-time / Hybrid role for a Full Stack Developer, based in Islamabad. The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for both front-end and back-end web development tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying new features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, maintaining and optimizing existing code, and ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Build and enhance full-stack applications from MVP to production-ready software
• Full-stack development with production-grade SaaS or web platforms
• Experience building internal tools or business applications (project management, reporting, workflow systems)
• Strong understanding of application security, API integrations, and cloud environments
• Ability to take initiative on tech decisions and improve code quality and structure
• Collaborate with product leads and clients to define requirements and ship usable features quickly
• Design scalable, modular architecture and maintain clean, secure code
• Implement enterprise features such as role-based access, multi-tenancy, audit trails, and compliance controls (e.g., SOX)
• Develop intuitive, modern front-ends and secure, performant back-ends
• Support continuous integration, automated testing, and deployment pipelines
• Explore and deploy AI-powered agents to automate repetitive workflows and enhance product intelligence.
• Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to support knowledge-driven features like smart search, board reporting, and contextual summaries.
• Work with the product team to embed LLMs and AI APIs into existing tools, enabling advanced user experiences and decision support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with production-grade SaaS or web platforms
• Proficiency in back-end development (Node.js, Python, FastAPI, or Django)
• Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Next.js, Tailwind or Material UI, Vite)
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Knowledge of modern database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, Firebase, Supabase)
• Familiarity with integrating LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and orchestrating tasks using AI agents or agent frameworks (N8N, LangChain, CrewAI).
• Experience or interest in RAG systems, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and document retrieval pipelines.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Bonus: Experience with compliance-heavy systems (SOX, GDPR), SaaS architecture, or early-stage start-ups
