Placement Solicitor

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Placement Solicitor to join our outbound call center team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, discussing and presenting services that our company can provide, and convincing them to choose our company for representation. The Placement Solicitor will be expected to meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and work closely with other team members to achieve departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and offer services provided by our company.
2. Build and maintain a strong rapport with clients and establish trust in our services.
3. Present and explain services in a clear and concise manner to clients.
4. Provide accurate and timely information to clients and answer their questions.
5. Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
6. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
7. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.
8. Stay up to date with industry developments and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Placement Solicitor or similar role in a call center or sales environment.
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
4. Strong customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
5. Familiarity with industry terminology, laws, and regulations.
6. Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
7. Proficient in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office, CRM software, and other related tools.
