A skilled Generative AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge generative AI models for various applications such as chatbots, image, OCR, speech generation, etc. You will work closely with data scientists and product teams to create AI systems that push the boundaries of creativity and automation.

  1. Model Development: Design and develop generative models using state-of-the-art techniques (e.g., Custom Transformers).
  2. Model Selection and Deployment: Choose suitable third-party, open-source, or closed models and embeddings, and create prompts, examples, and AI pipelines.
  3. Data Preparation: Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to collect, preprocess, and manage large datasets for training generative models.
  4. Model Training & Optimization: Fine-tune models for specific use cases, ensuring scalability and high performance.
  5. Integration & Deployment: Work with DevOps and engineering teams to deploy models into production environments.
  6. Testing & Validation: Develop testing frameworks to ensure models meet performance metrics in real-world scenarios.
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering, to identify opportunities for generative AI applications.
  8. AI Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and apply research findings to enhance solutions.
  9. Documentation: Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for models and systems.

Requirements:

  1. Skills: Proven experience in building and deploying generative AI models in productive environments. Understanding of Knowledge Graphs and experience with graph databases (Neo4j preferred). Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  2. Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in Python. Expertise in GenAI / Agentic frameworks (e.g., Langchain, LangGraph, Llama). Proficiency with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow). Expertise in databases and RAGs (PostgreSQL, Pinecone, Azure AI Search). Strong prompting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  3. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.
  4. Certifications: Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or related fields. Publications or contributions to AI research in top-tier conferences or journals.
  5. Experience: Experience applying generative models in industries like gaming, entertainment, or content creation. Certifications in AI or related fields.
