We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Director, Delivery Management Specialist.

In this role, you will:

  1. End-to-end project delivery: Manage projects from initiation to closure.
  2. Agile project management: Handle scrum projects using Jira, facilitate scrum ceremonies, and ensure delivery.
  3. Budget and schedule management: Keep track of project budgets and timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. People management: Demonstrate experience in managing teams.
  5. Risk management: Identify risks, escalate issues promptly to stakeholders, and mitigate them.
  6. Crisis handling: Recognize and manage crisis situations during the project lifecycle.
  7. Issue resolution: Own project issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
  8. Documentation review: Participate in reviews of key project documents such as Initial Request, Clear-choices, Solution Proposal, Test Strategy, etc.
  9. Estimation and planning: Challenge estimates from IT stakeholders and develop project plans for delivery.
  10. Stakeholder engagement: Identify and involve all necessary stakeholders.
  11. Key document ownership: Prepare and own documents like TOR, Test Strategy, Implementation Plan, and PIR.
  12. Status reporting and escalation: Provide timely updates and escalate issues as needed.
  13. Change management: Manage project changes according to change control procedures.
  14. Compliance: Ensure adherence to HOST PM processes and procedures.
  15. Prioritization: Play a role in project and resource prioritization with IT and Business stakeholders.
  16. Project scope: Manage Engagement Level 4+ projects (GLT Engagement levels).
