Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented RSP Sales Specialist to drive enrollments for our Retail Service Provider (RSP) education programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential students, educating them about the program, and converting inquiries into successful admissions. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a passion for guiding individuals toward the right educational opportunities.

Note: Only candidates with prior experience or knowledge in RSP sales will be considered for this position. Please do not apply if you are unfamiliar with the RSP program or its sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively promote and sell RSP education programs to prospective students.
  • Handle inbound inquiries via calls, messages, or walk-ins and convert them into enrollments.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to warm and cold leads.
  • Explain program details, career benefits, fee structure, and enrollment process.
  • Maintain a high conversion rate by understanding student needs and matching them with suitable courses.
  • Track and manage leads using CRM tools and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and effective lead generation.
  • Achieve province-wise sales targets of at least $3,000 to $5,000

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in RSP sales or a similar education sales role.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Confident, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of CRM and lead management systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Background in educational counseling, tele sales, or career advisory roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of RSP programs and student career pathways in the retail industry.
