Preservation Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As a Preservation Architect, your main responsibilities will include preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures, ensuring their structural integrity and functionality. Your duties will involve conducting research, creating preservation plans, overseeing restoration projects, and collaborating with engineers, historians, and other professionals.

1. Conduct thorough research on historical buildings to understand their significance and architectural style.
2. Create preservation plans detailing necessary repairs or modifications to maintain historical integrity.
3. Oversee restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to preservation plans.
4. Collaborate with engineers, historians, and other professionals to ensure structural stability and authenticity.
5. Evaluate risks during restoration projects and develop effective solutions.
6. Maintain accurate records of research, plans, and project progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Preservation Architect.
• Extensive knowledge of historical architecture styles and preservation techniques.
• Strong research skills, including analyzing historical documents and drawings.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse professionals.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
