Key Responsibilities:
  1. Make outbound cold calls to real estate and other business leads in the US (during EST hours)
  2. Pitch our digital marketing services with confidence and clarity
  3. Respond to customer queries with professionalism and empathy
  4. Maintain and update CRM with call logs and lead status
  5. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
  6. Actively follow up with potential clients to convert leads into customers
  7. Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding
Requirements:
  1. Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Clear communication is essential
  2. 1-2 years of experience in cold calling, customer support, or sales (preferably international)
  3. Comfortable working evening shifts (EST time zone)
  4. Must be based in Lahore – on-site role only
  5. Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
  6. Self-driven with a positive attitude
  7. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
