About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager to lead our AI Solutions initiative, driving innovation in customer engagement, automation, and operational efficiencies. Our team leverages multi-AI agent frameworks and cloud technologies to deliver powerful AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI Solutions platform, incorporating cutting-edge AI and cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable AI-powered solutions that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation to delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely results.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer pain points and translate insights into innovative AI solutions that drive business growth.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer support to develop effective go-to-market strategies and product positioning.
  • Act as the primary voice of the customer, balancing business needs with technical feasibility to ensure successful product launches.
  • Partner with data scientists, engineers, and UX teams to prioritize features, design user experiences, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Promote AI best practices such as model fine-tuning, deployment, and RAG strategies to maximize value and ROI.
  • Drive experimentation and proof-of-concept initiatives to validate AI capabilities and solve real-world customer problems.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in AI, cloud solutions, or enterprise software.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI/ML solutions integrated with cloud-native services, such as Azure Cognitive Services or AWS AI tools.
  • Strong technical knowledge of AI frameworks, large language models (LLMs), RAG strategies, and model fine-tuning.
  • Experience working with engineering teams, particularly in backend development for cloud platforms.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience making data-driven decisions to inform product development and launch strategies.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Cognitive Services, and other cloud-based AI tools.
  • Background in customer-facing roles or direct client engagement for insights into customer needs and preferences.
