  • Installation, maintenance and repairing of Split and Package AC units.
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities on HVAC systems and equipment (Chiller, AHUs, Pumps, Motors, Package & Split Units etc.)
  • Diagnose / Trouble shoot and repair mechanical and electrical faults of HVAC system
  • Cleaning, adjusting and repairing HVAC systems, and performing schedule servicing when due.
  • Respond to emergency call timely and performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain PPM and other maintenance & repairs activities record for all equipment of HVAC system. Close work orders and provide reports when required.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and HSE policies such as Safe Work practices, especially regarding energized work, working at heights, and confined spaces.
  • Able to operate BMS and Microsoft office.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding HVAC system issues and solutions.
