Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the computer systems, networks, and servers of our company. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our company's technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware, software, and services.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Implement security measures to protect the company's data and systems.
- Regularly back up data and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to enhance system functionality.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Network or Systems Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP), operating systems (Windows/Linux), and virtualization technologies (VMware).
- Experience with network security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members from different departments.
