Job Overview

Educast Ltd. is urgently hiring a dedicated on-site medical scribe to support our physicians in real-time clinical documentation. You will work directly with nephrologists and family medicine doctors to accurately capture patient encounters during night shifts.

This role is vital to ensuring our physicians can focus on quality care while you handle all clinical note-taking and EHR inputs. Experience in nephrology and family medicine is essential.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Accurately document live patient visits in real time, including history, exam, assessment, and treatment plans.

• Enter information into the Electronic Health Record (EHR) under the supervision of the physician.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to medical detail.

• Track follow-ups, medication changes, referrals, and care instructions.

• Communicate with clinical team members (MAs, nurses) as needed.

• Ensure documentation meets insurance, legal, and HIPAA standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a medical scribe or transcriptionist.

• Prior work with nephrology and/or family medicine clinics is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical workflows.

• Excellent written English, fast typing speed (60+ WPM), and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work night shifts on-site (9 PM – 5 AM).

• Familiarity with EHR systems like Epic, Athena, or eClinicalWorks.

• Punctuality, reliability, and a professional bedside manner.
