Overview

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director for Dynamics CE and Power Platform. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Customer Insights, and an understanding of Power Platform. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities
  • In-depth technical and functional knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE Modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights, etc.
  • Designing and developing customized solutions within Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
  • Writing code, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying, and troubleshooting existing CRM customizations and out-of-the-box solutions
  • Configuring, developing, and supporting Dynamics 365 CE in line with best practices
  • Follow the organization agile development process and adhere to sprint reporting and agile ceremonies
  • Communicating with different teams to understand, support, and clarify technical design and estimations
  • Working with other developers to ensure code meets secure coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines
  • Reviewing project proposals from product owners to determine feasibility and provide high-level estimation
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about new enhancements and features of MS Dynamics CE and Power Platform
  • Contribute to planning, execution and review of each sprint
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE
  • Experience with Power Platform and strong advocate of low code / no code
  • Understanding of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus
  • Strong experience in fintech or digital banking industry, with understanding of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
  • Experience developing customizations, plugins, and workflows in Microsoft Dynamics CE
  • Experience with JavaScript, C#, and .NET framework
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • International travel may be required
