IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

• Provide targeted services and onboard high-profile corporate, MNCs, and government organizations.
• Evaluate customer requirements and propose suitable solutions based on PTCL Group's available products and services.
• Develop client relationships for retention and manage overall portfolio, including revenue monitoring, churn management, customer satisfaction, KPI, and sales achievement.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

• Adhere to SOPs, policies, procedures, and frameworks of the department and PTCL Group.
• Enhance business responses to internal and external customers.
• Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and synergy targets.
• Manage portfolio KPIs, including revenue growth and retention of assigned accounts.
• Participate in departmental initiatives, learning, and development activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.

Experience

• Moderate business understanding.
