Job Summary

You will be responsible for designing and developing the overall functionality of digital products to ensure an exceptional user experience. This involves translating business requirements into sitemaps, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. You will provide design support while understanding user-centered design principles and best practices.

Job Objectives
  • Translate complex concepts and interactions into visually coherent wireframes or prototypes.
  • Design and develop UX interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience and provide compelling UI solutions.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data from user research and ongoing mobile application analytics.
Job ResponsibilitiesDesign & Development
  • Create customer experience journeys for features, web pages, interstitials, notifications, and other components aligning with the overall subscriber experience.
  • Develop wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs, and prototypes to communicate designs to the team.
  • Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other deliverables to communicate product requirements.
  • Conduct testing of applications, websites, and software to assess user experience and ease of design.
  • Apply recent studies and findings to establish the best design elements for UX experiences.
  • Build storyboards to conceptualize designs for client and management presentations.
  • Design website or product aesthetics, including layout, menus, colors, and fonts, with flexibility for edits.
  • Analyze customer responses and website data to improve high-traffic pages.
Documentation, Communication & Collaboration
  • Maintain UX/UI templates, documentation, assets, personas, mockups, user flows, and experience documentation.
  • Collaborate with project teams to create artwork that satisfies requirements and enhances visual integrity and user engagement.
  • Work with fellow designers to evolve the website/mobile application design language.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address strategic initiatives and project challenges.
  • Work closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and business owners throughout product development.
Job RequirementsEducational Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Licenses & Certifications
  • Scrum Master
  • Google UX Design Professional
Previous Work Experience
  • 3-4 years in creating and implementing UX/UI design.
  • Proficiency with visual design programs like Adobe Photoshop.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX and visual design skills.
  • Experience with WCAG standards, user testing methodologies, and design tools such as Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma.
Skills and Abilities
  • Solid design skills and sensibilities.
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Adobe XD, Axure RP, and interactive prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics is an advantage.
  • Strong conceptual, strategic, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interpret complex ideas into visual wireframes or prototypes.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Interest in future tech trends and innovations.
  • Excellent client communication and team collaboration skills.
