Job Description:
Forman Christian College (A Chartered University) is seeking a full-time faculty member for the Computer Science Department. The selected candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate students, participate in departmental activities, and fulfill responsibilities assigned by the Department or University.

Required Qualifications and Traits:

Educational Background:
MS or (preferably) PhD in Computer Science or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Areas of Expertise:
Demonstrated command over most of the following areas:
Programming Fundamentals
Object Oriented Programming
Data Structures
Algorithm Analysis
Mobile App Development
Web App Development
Database Systems
Cloud Computing
Natural Language Processing
Deep Learning
Evolutionary Computation
Computational Intelligence
Ability to teach these subjects at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
Professional and Research Experience:
Demonstrable research experience in the candidate's field.
Willingness to share research experiences with students and engage them in grant writing and prototyping.
Research publications in internationally recognized journals (preferred) or conferences.
National and international R&D linkages and collaborations.
Community and University Engagement:
Active willingness to contribute towards community service and university/departmental activities.
Commitment to support the mission of the University.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
High level of spoken and written English proficiency.
Ability to maintain collegiality and professionalism.
Salary and Designation:

Salary and designation will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
