Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-drivenSEO & Content Creator Specialistto join our team full-time at our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience withWordPress, a deep understanding of SEO principles, and a passion for crafting compelling content that drives organic traffic, boosts online visibility, and enhances user engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:


• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings on Google and other search engines.
• Conduct keyword research and gap analysis to inform content planning and optimization.
• Perform technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations.

Content Creation & Optimization:


• Write, edit, and publish SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and web content using WordPress.
• Optimize existing content for search intent, readability, and keyword performance.
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align content with branding and UX best practices.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:


• Track SEO KPIs including keyword rankings, organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversions.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs for insights and reporting.
• Present regular performance updates to internal stakeholders.

Trend Awareness & Research:


• Stay up to date with SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and content marketing best practices.
• Research competitors' strategies and identify opportunities for content and SEO improvements.

Must-Have


• 2–4 years of proven experience in SEO and content creation, ideally in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Proficiency with WordPress for publishing and managing web content.
• Strong command of SEO tools such as Yoast, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword tracking tools.

Preferred:


• Experience in optimizing multilingual websites or international SEO strategies.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or basic front-end development concepts.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.

Soft Skills:


• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail and grammar.
• Strong research skills and ability to turn complex topics into engaging content.
• Self-starter with the ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal communication.
