Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager E-Commerce. The role is located in Karachi Division. The Assistant Manager E-Commerce will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations, managing online sales platforms, ensuring an excellent customer service experience, analyzing sales data, and executing business strategies. The role involves close collaboration with other departments to enhance overall online sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Negotiation and Sales skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data
  • Proficient Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in managing e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in e-commerce.
