The Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who is passionate about design, deeply interested in AI-driven creativity, and eager to push the boundaries of visual storytelling. Based full time in our Karachi office, you'll play a key role in shaping Flipdish's visual identity across multiple channels—ensuring brand consistency while injecting fresh energy into our marketing materials.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you'll create stunning visuals for our website, social media, digital ads, print materials, event booths, and more. You'll also help bring ideas to life through video editing, animations, and AI-powered design tools, staying ahead of industry trends and embracing emerging technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Develop high-quality graphic designs across digital and print, including website assets, brochures, event stands, and social ads.
  • Leverage AI-powered design tools to enhance workflows, create unique visuals, and push creative boundaries.
  • Create engaging animations and motion graphics to elevate Flipdish's marketing materials.
  • Edit and refine video content, ensuring consistency in branding and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop eye-catching ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touch points while injecting fresh ideas where needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure all design materials align with business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, AI advancements, and creative tools to keep Flipdish at the cutting edge of visual communication.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in a tech or fast-paced environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing outstanding design work across digital, print, and video.
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, DALL·E, or similar) and a strong desire to explore AI's creative potential.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro), FIGMA, and other industry-standard design software.
  • Strong skills in motion graphics and animation.
  • Experience in video editing, from social snippets to long-form content.
  • A deep understanding of brand identity and storytelling in marketing and advertising.
  • Knowledge of print production processes and best practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and an ability to balance creativity with brand consistency.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working with teams across different functions and locations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative environment while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Photography proficiency is a nice to have.
