We are seeking a talented Frontend Developer with specialized expertise in NEXTJS to join our dynamic team. As a NEXTJS Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing front-end solutions that enhance user interaction and experience and API integration. You will collaborate closely with our design and backend teams to create responsive, scalable, and high-performing web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop responsive web applications using NEXTJS while adhering to best practices and design principles.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design mockups and wireframes into interactive user interfaces.
3. Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
4. Implement and maintain reusable components and libraries for future use.
5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend development trends, tools, and technologies, and recommend best practices to enhance our development processes.
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. At least 4 years of experience as a Frontend Developer with a focus on NEXTJS development.
3. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux with toolkit.
4. Familiarity with modern frontend build pipelines and tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
5. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
6. Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
