The role

We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The position entails overseeing the planning and development of HVAC system designs while ensuring precision, compliance, and alignment with project specifications.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in HVAC system design, proficiency in relevant engineering and design software, and a strong focus on quality and efficiency. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a high-impact project and advance your technical skills.

• Review and approve mechanical designs, drawings, and technical submittals as per project specifications.
• Proficient in ASHRAE standards, international energy codes, and MEP system integration.
• Hands-on experience with HAP, duct sizing, and HVAC equipment selection.
• Lead and manage engineers and draftsmen, ensuring on-time and budget-friendly project delivery.
• Handle client interactions, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and attend project meetings/site visits.
• Prepare budgets, schedules, and reports while conducting bid analysis and vendor reviews.
• Strong understanding of BOQs, tender documents, and drawing verification.

With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

Minimum Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering)
• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in concept development, space planning, and detailed HVAC design.
• Knowledge of plumbing and firefighting systems is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including air-cooled & water-cooled chilled water plants; data center experience is a plus.
• Knowledge in district cooling plant design and Review.
• Experience with Revit (MEP), CIVIL 3D is a plus.
• GCC experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
