Job Purpose:

• The Assistant Manager Mobility Products will be responsible for managing, developing, and enhancing the B2B portfolio of mobility services, including GSM voice/data services, Mobile Broadband (MBB), Push-to-Talk (PTT), Machine-to-Machine (M2M)/Internet of Things (IoT) solutions, and Customized Coverage Solutions.
• The role demands strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and product lifecycle management expertise to deliver innovative solutions aligned with enterprise customer needs.

Job Responsibilities:

Product Management:

• Manage the complete lifecycle (concept to retirement) of GSM, MBB, PTT, M2M/IoT, and Coverage Solutions for enterprise customers. Develop new mobility solutions tailored to enterprise market segments (Corporate, SME, Government). Monitor and enhance product performance through analytics, customer feedback, and market research.

Sales Enablement:

• Provide technical expertise and support to the Enterprise Sales teams. Conduct training sessions, prepare product decks, and assist with customer pitches and proposals.

Technical Liaison:

• Work closely with Technology, IT, Network Planning, and Operations teams to ensure successful deployment and support of solutions. Support customized coverage projects and mobility solutions based on specific customer requirements.

Innovation and Market Analysis:

• Continuously track industry trends, competitor offerings, and technology evolution in GSM, PTT, M2M/IoT, and related areas. Recommend improvements and new ideas to maintain CMPak's competitive advantage in the enterprise mobility segment.

Customer Experience Management:

• Ensure high service standards and end-to-end product experience for B2B customers. Assist in managing escalations related to mobility products.

Oversee Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

• Develop and execute GTM strategies, including pricing, positioning, and promotions for mobility solutions. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective product campaigns and collateral.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master's degree (MBA/MS) is a plus.

Work Experience:

• Experience: 4–5 years of relevant experience in Telecom B2B product management, solution design, or enterprise mobility services.

Skills – Generic:

• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with internal teams and enterprise clients
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential to address customer needs and design tailored solutions.
• The role requires strong project management skills to manage product launches, enhancements, and customer projects within deadlines.
• Collaboration and teamwork are vital, as the individual must work cross-functionally with sales, Technology (Network Planning), Industry Growth, Mass Market, and Network Operations & Optimizations Teams.
• A strong commercial sense, combined with analytical skills, is important to interpret market trends, customer insights, and business data for strategic decision-making.
• Time management, adaptability to a fast-paced telecom environment, and a proactive approach to continuous learning and innovation are also key traits necessary for success in this position.

Skills – Job Specific:

• Strong understanding of GSM, 4G/5G Technologies, Mobile Broadband, IoT platforms, and enterprise coverage solutions.
• Knowledge of SIM provisioning, device management, M2M/IoT connectivity solutions.
• Familiarity with B2B customer requirements, RFP responses, and customized enterprise solutions.
