Country Head Financial Analyst and Controller: Segment Marketing Support

This is a Major position within a World Class Business Support Company Business Unit FP&A team in Pakistan who will be reporting directly to Regional Finance Head in Dubai; and will be responsible for providing financial consultation and advisory to Segment Marketing on customer value and product margin support.

This role is an opportunity for a self-starter with the ability to successfully manage multiple tasks, projects and changing priorities in a high growth international e-commerce business environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and monitoring business controls regarding profitability
  2. Managing all appropriate month-end close processes and facilitate review meetings with business groups
  3. Driving process improvement and standardization
  4. M&A valuation modeling
  5. Lead analytical projects that assist and influence the business
  6. Anticipate business requirements, trends and variances
  7. Develop action plans, measure and analyze results
  8. Initiate corrective actions
  9. Minimize the impact of negative inputs
Job Specification

Requirements:

  1. Lead analytical projects
  2. Experience in product line gross margin financial analysis and management reporting
  3. Ideal candidate will have manufacturing cost analysis experience
  4. Demonstrate business partnering, consultative and decision support skills
  5. Ability to learn quickly and apply new tools and techniques
  6. Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
  7. Must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Access
  8. Strong team player, able to collaborate or lead as required
  9. Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Statistics, or other relevant field
  10. Excellent problem-solving skills
  11. Proven ability to multi-task
  12. 3/5+ years in an Operational Finance or other highly quantitative analyst role
  13. Fluent English is a requirement
