Vice Principal – Secondary Section (Grade VI to O' Levels)

Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Leadership
  • Supervise curriculum planning and ensure compliance with Cambridge and institutional academic standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate teaching practices, providing feedback to enhance instructional quality.
  • Organize and lead teacher training, workshops, and professional development programs.
  • Ensure effective assessment practices and analyze results for academic improvement.
Student Management
  • Oversee student discipline, attendance, and well-being.
  • Promote a positive school culture, respect, integrity, and academic commitment.
  • Address student concerns and ensure timely communication with parents.
Operational & Administrative Duties
  • Assist the Director in day-to-day school operations.
  • Ensure smooth execution of school events, examinations, and co-curricular activities.
  • Maintain accurate academic and administrative records for the Secondary Section.
Community & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, faculty, and the wider school community.
  • Represent the Secondary Section in meetings and events as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience in a similar leadership role within Secondary Education (Grade VI to O' Levels).
  • Strong knowledge of Cambridge curriculum and assessment practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
